As the housing market heats up, San Diego builders are creating more unique neighborhoods that offer interesting living choices. Today, a handful of niche neighborhoods are doing more than ever before to meet the individualized demands of discerning homebuyers.
One unique home choice, now available, are rare, new bayfront living options from ColRich in the charming village of Point Loma. Recently, ColRich began offering a limited-edition collection of only 40 luxury condominiums featuring one- and two-story upscale residences ranging from 1,800 to 2,478 square feet.
“Waterpoint offers the unique opportunity to live in a brand-new luxury home just steps from the water with sailboats, shopping, dining and San Diego International Airport nearby,” said Kelly Hiltscher, director of sales and marketing for ColRich. “In addition to a desirable Point Loma address, home buyers have been drawn to Waterpoint’s upscale design elements, alfresco living spaces and opportunity to upgrade and personalize their homes.”
Hiltscher also noted the desirability of Waterpoint’s maintenance-free lifestyle.
“The lifestyle option at Waterpoint is what people like: that active lock-and-leave lifestyle,” Hiltscher said. “At Waterpoint, residents have the benefits of a low-maintenance lifestyle, but have enough room to live and enjoy home.”
Among the 40 homes at Waterpoint are four unique live/work units for work-at-home professionals. Ground-floor retail space is designated for small businesses compatible with the neighborhood.
The Waterpoint sales gallery is open daily. For more information, call (619) 546-7023, email firstname.lastname@example.org or visit colrich.com.
Nestled in an established neighborhood within the Otay Ranch Community, Vista Grande is also offering unique living possibilities for homebuyers. First, these 16 exclusive home sites are on a quiet cul-de-sac and offer panoramic ocean views. Additionally, the traditional floor plans in Vista Grande offer the not always available front garage and rear yard. Additionally, all offer three-car garages, providing much sought-after room for storage and another vehicle.
“Our buyers love that they have a driveway, and don’t have restrictions on parking, as with alley garages or sharing a driveway, as many new homes are being built this way around Otay Ranch,” said Marissa Montano, CEO and broker with Fit Properties.
Montano added that homes in Vista Grande have granite kitchen counters, stainless appliances including a wall oven and microwave and a five-burner gas cooktop, all included features that might be considered an upgrade elsewhere.
